OPAAL UK have been asked to assist in promoting this years’ YOUMANITY ImAge Photography Award 2016.
Promoting the importance of social inclusion is central to the aims of YOUMANITY – several projects, including an annual photography award, are delivered to underline pressing social issues.
To this end, YOUMANITY have launched their 5th photography edition, which this year aims to raise the profile of older people as active and important members of society. imAge is also highlighting the elderly who are destitute and neglected.
The award is open worldwide and is free to enter. The selected artwork will be showcased at Kings College London from 18-28 April 2016.
